Mostafa founded MAP Coatings & Films after years of seeing vehicles leave shops with sloppy installs, skipped prep steps, and coatings applied over contaminated paint. He knew there was a better way — and that Long Island customers deserved it.
We set up shop in East Northport and built our reputation one car at a time. Word spread fast. Today we work on everything from daily drivers to weekend exotics, and the standard of care never changes based on what you drive.
Every vehicle gets a full paint inspection before we touch it. Every surface gets properly decontaminated and corrected before any coating or film goes on. We don't cut corners because we don't have to — we built a business where doing it right is the whole point.

Founder & Lead Installer
Mostafa has been obsessed with cars his entire life. After years in the automotive industry watching shops cut corners, he opened MAP Coatings & Films to prove that a small shop with high standards can outperform anyone. He personally oversees every install and won't let a vehicle leave unless it meets his standard — which is the only standard we have.
I started this shop because I wanted to do the work I'd want done on my own car. That's still the test for everything we do.
